State College Borough Council Renames Fraser Plaza to “Martin Luther King, Jr. Plazaâ€

The State College Borough Council voted 5 to 2 in favor of renaming Fraser Plaza to “Martin Luther King, Jr. Plazaâ€. Borough Council president Don Hahn expressed his full support, saying that the more diverse population of Penn State and State College were a reflection of King’s success.
